Congratulations on finding your way here.
While we have a tendency to wait on seeing a therapist until something has gotten worse in our lives, therapy is for everyone even if everything is going great. It’s a space carved out specifically for you to talk about anything on your mind. My practice believes in open communication whether there is something that needs to be addressed or not.

There is an infinite number of reasons that may lead us to want to embark on a therapeutic journey.
Maybe something’s going on in your life and your current behavioral patterns and coping strategies to manage challenges aren't working any longer. Maybe everything is great and you just want to talk about it. Maybe you just need to vent to someone other than friends or family. Maybe you’re having difficulty managing sadness or anxiety, a bad break-up, troubles at work, new life transitions, or maybe you just feel stuck in your daily routine and need support to move forward. There are so many different reasons why we seek out therapy. Life happens (good and bad), and sometimes we need guidance to manage all of its ups and downs.
I want to help you explore and understand all of the unique qualities that make you who you are in this present moment.
Our goal is to open up new insights, curiosities, and awareness's about yourself to help create a new lens through which to view all of your experiences.
I believe in a collaborative, transparent, and supportive process in therapy.
While therapy isn't a cookie-cutter practice, characteristics of my work that will always be present are humor, a calm demeanor, authenticity, and lack of judgment. If this seems like a good fit for you, please contact me.
